Dr. Robyn Kim Zanard, MD

Dr Zanard is the best ever. She spends time with me and listens. She told me she considered me not only as a patient, but also a friend! I love her! Only Dr that could get my moms high blood pressure down!

Doctor Zanard came in to room and I noticed she was immediately not friendly or warm. After I explained what had been going on with my medical issues, she seemed to be mad that she had been left out of my previous treatments. I had been one other time to see her, but was later diagnosed with something that was above her expertise. The first visit did not go as this one went. What I have is a very rare condition and she was not qualified to diagnose or assist with my medical care during that point in my life. I had been to several local doctors and I required a specialist for surgery. I returned back to see her to get guidance on the aftermath of dealing with my healing and recovery, as my surgeon is in another state. Dr Zanard immediately stated that I was depressed and said I needed to probably change professions. I have never been depressed, nor is that anywhere close to why I was seeking medical assistance. I cannot take certain medications due to my job responsibilities… and all I needed was a different avenue that one would assume a medical professional could provide. Anyone that has dealt with chronic pain knows it can be overwhelming. I have nerve damage from my condition and to meet with the next level of care you have to get referred by your primary medical doctor. Dr Zanard was harsh in bedside manner, short, and rude and in my opinion gave a diagnosis she had no business giving. How can you diagnosis depression in five minutes of meeting with a client. That is why we have a crisis in America now, because Doctors just prescribe whatever. I will never go back to her practice, nor would I refer anyone to her for the future.

Went to see Dr. Zanard yesterday. She answered many questions for me also advised me on personnel matters She or Carla (nurse) always advises me of vaccines or other things needed. Her staff is also very nice and friendly. I've been going to her for over twenty years: She's the Best!

Dr. Zanard is a fine doctor. She really takes the time to listen and ask the right questions. She also thoroughly reads your records and double checks your prescriptions. A great doctor!

Dr. Zanard and her staff are absolutely the best. Dr. Zanard is wonderful with my children and does a great job of explaininig any issues or questions that you may have. You never feel rushed and you can tell she really wants to spend quality time with her patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent primary care provider!

I love Dr. Zanard however, every time I go to her office I wait at least 45 minutes and then my visit is at least an hour which half the time is spent waiting in the room. If they are overbooking they should spread out the time between patients. This says to me that my time is not valuable. I hear the office staff say over and over we are slammed right now and yet I am the only one sitting in the waiting room half the time. It is very frustrating. Too bad Dr. Zanard has not realized if she had a good team helping to managie her time how much better things could be for her patients and the office!

Dr Zanard is the best doctor I know. She takes a lot of time with all her patients and listens to them. She addresses several issues in one visit. Where at other offices, especailly specialist, they make you make a separate appointment and pay an extra copay. She really tries hard to do what is best for her patients even if its not what they want to hear. Her staff is great and works closely with her to provide the best care. Its a smaller office so you don't get the "run around" when you call. They work more on a person level which is what I like. I'm not just another patient ( number) with a problem. I'm a real person with a real problem and I get an answer. I love this office and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great family doctor.

Dr. Zanard is completely wonderful. I have never had a doctor spend the time that she does with me. She really takes care to make sure that her patients are looked after. I had an issue that required specialized medicine and she took the time to find a doctor covered my my health insurance and made the appointment for me! Then, she saw to it that the results of my lab tests were sent to her right away. I feel lucky to have her as my doctor and I am so grateful to her.
