The doctor himself is great. However, the whole rest of office is horrible. If you cant see this doctor, good luck getting anything done. What is the point of calling out of work and spending money if they dont check you for anything? Please advise the rest of your staff to treat people.

I had to go through heck just to get a referral to see an obgyn. They tell me one sec come in and get the referral and then when I get there all of a sudden I dont need one. Well my new doctor refused to see me still because I needed the referral. Called clsc back and got a Saturday appointment to get the referral. Get there on Saturday and they tell me that cant print out referrals on Saturday and I should come back on Monday...

Just to say thank you Dr. Gelinas: My daughter was visiting from College at Thanksgiving and you saw her on demand. She was not feeling well, you took the time to see her and follow up with her care with good suggestions. Thank you for being there , Its that special touch you provided that makes us feel that we are in good hands. Happy Holidays

As a retired RN I know how much a poor office staff can impact negatively on a doctor. I had an appt which I thought included seeing the Dr. but was only for lab work. I explained I had been out of my thyroid medicine for a week and also had a new very concerning health issue but staff refused to let me see the Dr. saying he was "way behind." I became very upset not to be able to tell Dr. Gelinas about my new potentially serious medical problem plus lack of my thyroid medicine when I had an appt. I was told that if I didn't leave quietly right away, the police would be called. I am still in shock at this rude, uncaring inappropriate treatment and will never consult Dr. Gelinas again.

Dr Gelinbas has been my Primary Doctor for over 10 years and always spends time to explain everything and is very concerned with every issue. He never rushs you out and gives you time to talk as well with any of your concerns

Dr G has been my PCP for ten years. Heis thorough, thoughtful and takes the time to answer all questions. Hisgeneral as well as specific knowledge ofmost health issues is amazing. Wouldn'tthink of having another PCP.
