Pay attention to these bad reviews.

Horrible experience. I went in for a second opinion and she was a very poor listener . Had to constantly redirect her back to why I was there . She was a hot mess . Became very combative when I didn’t agree with her and when I asked her to stop reading notes from other Drs that I didn’t give her legal permission to read . I wanted her opinion not other Drs . She also wrote rude things about me in after notes that was incorrect and very unprofessional. She is a legal liability to her practice and a bad person and Dr .

She denied my request for an IUD because I don't have children. The whole point is that I do not want to have children. She then performed a pap smear as part of my annual exam, which hurt incredibly bad. I thought that's how pap smears were supposed to be until recently when I got one from my current gyn. My current gyn also placed an IUD with no complications. The pap smear I got from Dr. Brandon hurt as much as having my IUD put in! She was the first gyn I went to and because of my experience with her I went 5 years without seeing a gyn. She's the absolute worst. She completely dismissed my request for an IUD without even listening to me.

I usually NEVER write reviews but my experience was terrible! I only gave her one star because she informed me of my choices with my current situation but her bedside manner was terrible. When first called back, I brought a family member but I was asked to only bring myself back to gather history, which is fine because I thought they would ask me if I felt safe in my home environment. Once Dr. Brandon finished gathering my history, and she started to ask questions about my situation, I then asked to bring my mother back. She automatically had an issue with it, and she made the comment, “Aren’t you an adult? Aren’t you in grad school? Why do you need to bring your mother back?” She then asked my mothers’ name and went to get her. When she brings my mother in, she makes my mother sit on the patient exam table and me in the chair, and she ONLY makes eye contact with me while giving me my options, she doesn’t even glance over at my mother, and when my mother wants to ask a question, Dr.… Brandon puts her finger up and tells my mother to “Let me finish.” Also when asked to list out all the options again by my mother, Dr. Brandon replies, “Are you quizzing me?” I told Dr. Brandon, “I brought my mother here to help ask questions, no one was there to quiz her,” and the comment was unnecessary. I’m currently in Physician Assistant school and I would never speak to my patient or their family members in that manner. You’re the doctor, we’re here to ask you questions, and if you want to bring a family member that should not be a problem. I don’t understand why everything was an issue with her and there’s so much more I could add to this review about her attitude and comments. We weren’t rude to her but she was very rude to us, like we owe her something. She may have 22 years of experience but her bedside manner was not there, I was more upset with the way she spoke to me and mother than my options! I usually never write reviews but BEWARE of Dr. Brandon!

I was a patient of Dr Brandon 18 years ago. She delivered my baby girl back then. Then unfortunately she moved away . Didn’t know she was back in Charlotte until couple days ago I am looking on line to see if I can find a Obgyn there her name came up. Time to get my appointment so I can go back to this nice and caring doctor

Dr Brandon is the most compassionate doctor I've ever seen. Her staff is wonderful and she is knowledgeable and warm.

This doctor has terrible bedside manners the Tittle doctor have went to her head. Please let her know without patients there's no need for a doctor.

Dr. Brandon was great when I had my hysterectomy. She was very professional but down to earth. Very good bedside manner.

After having the most horrible experience with my previous obgyn that I had during the pregnancy of my daughter and after. I was scared about seeing a new one but Dr Brandon , was amazing I was there for almost 2 hours, but the whole time she was listening to me and covering everything with my diagnosis and had the best bedside manner I have ever had with any doctor. I love the fact that when I call I don't have to just talk to her nurse I can talk to her directly and they are always very prompt in response. I highly recommend her to any female that wants a Dr that will listen and take their time.

I visited Dr. Brandon's office within the last few months (July 14) as a new patient. From the moment I entered the office I was greeted by a friendly professional receptionist, which is very important to me. After completing my paper work I met Dr. Brandon's assistant, another warm, personal and attentive young lady. Another important factor for me so I really felt I was in the right place. And then I met Dr. Brandon and I just new she was God sent. A warm caring, compassionate doctor that listened to my medical issue with understanding and concern. For years I was very uncomfortable with a problem that no other gynecologist had solved with their type treatment. After her initial exam she told me what she speculated but a biopsy would confirm the problem. Bingo!!! the procedure was painless and indeed confirmed her thoughts. Never had any other doctor advised me of my condition or requested a biopsy. After she prescribed something wonderful, in 2 days my Quality of Life was improved.… I couldn't believe how years of being uncomfortable, dealing with the same "Status Quo" doctors that I finally found an ANGEL that cured my problem. For me, she is the best of the best and I can never Thank her enough!!!! If you or a family member have a GYN problem go see Dr. Brandon, you'll never regret it. A young caring Doctor with a beautiful staff!!! Thank you Dr. Brandon.
