Dr. Rochelle Marie David, MD

I have NEVER felt SO dissatisfied, disappointed and disregarded by a Physician and doctors office. I was seen at this clinic on 5/27, and told I should receive my results in approx. a week. Roughy 2 weeks later, yesterday, I received a text message letting me know I had a new test result available in Mychart! I went into my account, to results, to find that I had multiple abnormal findings. I immediately reach out to get more information, next steps moving forward, ANY help regarding my results. Nothing. I call again the following day, and am met with a receptionist, who asked to confirm my Name, DOB, Address, phone number AND Insurance, and PCP…. I am already a patient… why am I confirming my insurance carrier to confirm my identity??? The lady on the phone was very off putting, as I explained again that I was calling to follow up on results they provided me. She let me know that Dr. David or “someone on their team” would be in contact with me to discuss these. Is it normal for… physicians/ their offices to provide you with abnormal lab results by simply uploading to MyChart?? No follow-up email, no phone call, nothing. Just sitting, waiting. Not knowing what the next steps for me are. As my test results came back identifying this as HIGH RISK, you would think I’d at least get the opportunity to speak to my Doctor over the phone, that same day. Let alone the same week. Dr. Rochelle David, and her team foster an environment that puts people, and their health last. I do not appreciate the level of compassion presented at this clinic. I will 100% be taking my time and business elsewhere as a result of this awful experience. Make sure when deciding on an OBGYN, that you CAREFULLY select someone who can at the very least make time in their busy day to offer a follow-up/ consideration phone call when results come back abnormally.

Dr. David seems very uninterested and shows no empathy for your concerns. She only wants to get you in and out of her office as quick as possible. She is also not flexible at all with scheduling. I have found a new ob/gyn.

I have been going to obgyn for 20+ years. This has been the worst yet. I had to switch to her because of my insurance. I was taken back quickly and left in a room and then on my first patient visit I had to meet with a resident student, not the doctor, to discuss my medical history who looked at her phone for questions and then the medical doctor actually let the resident student perform my pap. What I think is ridiculous is that I am a new patient and I should have first been greeted by a doctor not a resident student and second I should have been asked if the medical student can perform the procedure like normally offices do. I felt like a guinea pig. It is horrible trying to schedule an appointment through there system and you can never get through to a nurse without waiting 24 to 48 hours. I wont be back! If I have to pay out of pocket next year I will. This was a horrible experience. The doctor did not even seem to care about my needs!

I am so happy I found dr david! I left my first obgyn when I was 25 weeks pregnant. I wasn't satisfied with her at all. I then talk to a couple of family and friends and one recommandation stood out...dr. davids. So I said ii need a new obgyn well try it and see. We make an appt for three days later! I'm kinda leary at this point just because it another person see all of my stuff. We got to the officce and waited all of about 5 mintues maybe. Her staff was so nice they welcomed me in ans it was very professional and courteous. When I met dr david it was amazing. She has such a great personality. I expressed my concerns tthat I had, and she took care of them right away. That put my mind at ease. It has been a pleasure having her as my obgyn. Not to mention she's great at delivering babies! Its been 4 1/2 yrs since I met her and she still an amazing, caring and attentive doctor. I'm so glad I have dr daivd as my obgyn!
