Dr. Rocky Don Cullens

Could not get timely cooperation from doctor or staff. Very disappointed with his office.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Rocky and all his staff. From start to the actual procedure this morning, everything was pleasant and seamless. These folks are consummate professionals. I think one of the best attributes of this group is that they don’t beat around the bush and try to recommend unneeded procedures. They are thorough and laser focused on you as the patient, giving you a treatment plan for relief and not stress. I would recommend them 1000 times over. From the straightforward “this is what you need” talk, to the post op follow up and hours after I left...all I can say is wow! If you are one that is stressed out by dental work. This is where you need to be hands down.

I am back. I'm the one who wrote a very negative, but truthful review about Rocky Cullens, DDS, currently in Broken Arrow, Ok as of May 2019. To those who are curious, I want to share some of the rudeness this unprofessional clown said to me as I sat in the patient chair: - He told me a neighboring tooth can be saved, then he tells me it can't be saved - He tells me he doesn't care how much money I have in order to pay him, then tells me he wants to know how much I have to pay him!! - I share with him that I can only afford to see him now because of my tax refund, then he demanded how much my tax check was, and what do I spend the rest of my money on besides him!! - He tells me a tooth can be saved, then tells me he does not save teeth, all he does is pull them out!! - He asked me what I would like to do, then tells me that I can't do that, I can only do what he wants! - I asked him over and over how much to pull out a certain tooth, and he would never answer me. He would ask… how much do you got? - He asked me if I want to be awake during the procedure or get put down, when I tell him I prefer to be awake, he tells me that I can't do that!! He then scare tactics me by telling me how he had people and animals awake during a procedure and they ended up passing out during the procedure. Then why did he ask?!!! - I share with him about a co-worker who had dental work done and ended up with a swollen cheek the size of a golf ball, and later died. He did not care, all he wanted to know what I want done and how much can I afford, only to shoot me down again about it. - He tells me to get off the property when I already was walking out on his psycho face!! You can see why my patience ran out with him and see how it escalated to us yelling at each other. What kind of so-called professional doctor talks to and treats his patients like that? I don't understand how he is in practice if he treats his other patients like that. Again, it is no wonder why I never saw other patients in his lobby before or after me. I am shocked that someone mean, rude, arrogant, and unprofessional like him is in business. I wonder who are the people that go see him and are actually satisfied. Anyway, I give Rocky D. Cullens, DDS in Broken Arrow, OK as of May 2019 zero stars and a big, fat "F" Rating. Someone suggested that maybe he hates Hispanic people, which I am. I'm not going to accuse him of being a racist, but it is a very interesting theory that would make sense.

I wish that I could give Rocky D. Cullens (currently in Broken Arrow, OK as of May 2019) ZERO STARS. Of course his website of "happy customers" is going to be edited, contrived or faked because he wants your money, but my experience with him was very horrible. As soon as I met him he was extremely rude, arrogant, contradictory, condescending, and unprofessional. I pretty much went to his office, held out a $100 bill, tore it to pieces, and walked out. When I had enough of his coming-from-nowhere unprofessional arrogance, I got up to leave. I told him, "If you are talking to me like this and treating me like this, I can't imagine how you would be when I'm knocked out in your chair!!" I found him to be surprisingly AWFUL!! If I was in his profession, I would at least have the common sense to be nice and professional, even if it had to be forced and fake nice because the person came to see me, and trusted me to spend their money there. Not Rocky D. Cullens! Wow, wow, I have… never in my life experienced such outright, shameless rudeness and arrogance from a so-called expert in a health care practice. When I left the office, I could not help notice that he did not have any other patients ahead of me or behind me. Now I understand why! I will say his staff crew were nice. I wish I had videotaped the whole thing, everybody would be like, "DANG!! I can't believe he's talking to his patient (me) like that!!" Although I'm convinced that he is an unprofessional, rude, arrogant jerk, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that Rocky D. Cullens, DDS has some type of severe brain damage or is severely doped up . I am a very nice, quiet, keep-to-myself type of guy, and he had me leaving his office yelling and cussing as I went out the door!! I never in a million years saw that coming. I highly recommend bringing in a recording device if you choose him. You will be stunned if he acts with you as he did with me. I won't be surprised if he's a multi-millionaire and just does oral surgery on the side as entertainment. That's why he treated me like garbage. I give him ZERO STARS and a big, fat "F" rating. (NOTE: I'm sure there will be people who claim that he's nice and they had no problem with him. You people should consider yourself very fortunate.)

Great Doctor! Would recommend him over anyone else.
