Dr. Roddy Dean Cook, MD

Have been going to Dr. Cook since the '70's and could not ask for a better Doctor / Person. His nurses nurse's Ashley and Dianne are the best. They listen to your complaints and make you feel like you are their only patient. On a recent visit Ashley went above and beyond to help with a particularly complicated issue I was having.

I became very shocked at dr. cook, he told me he no longer went to samc to see his patients and someone that works there told me he was over there a lot seeing his patients. I don't like doctors that lie to me and try to feed me bull. I am a very smart lady and figure things out pretty good. my health info was being spread all out in the hallway where patients other nurses could hear all of this. This was very unappreciated.

I'm not usually a big fan of First Med, but Dr. Cook is wonderful. I went in on a Saturday with Bronchitis and he really took me seriously. He listened to my concerns and even gave me refills to help me prevent from getting it the next time since I've had it several times this year. What a great doctor!!!!!
