Dr. Roderick Andrew Vaughan, MD

I had problems with my right knee for years and yes I should have seen him years ago but when I finally could not stand the pain any longer I went to Dr. Vaughan (who was referred to me by my doctor) and I have had zero problems with my knee. I am cautious when climbing stairs and long walks but yet to have any trouble. I thought my knee was completely destroyed but I had only torn the meniscus and the cartilage. The procedure was simply and I was back to work in a few days.

He makes sure that you understand everything that he has told you.

He was very through. He listened to each of my concerns. He made sure that I understood medical terminology. He gave various options, and explained pros and cons of both.

Dr. Vaughn worked me in late in the day after I experienced injuries from a fall that afternoon. He explained the x-rays and the injuries and what to expect during recovery. He was kind and compassionate. I greatly appreciate him!!

I was recently referred to TOA for a shoulder injury. Dr Vaughn was highly recommended by my boss who has used him several times. I spoke with scheduler and had appointment the next day. I had heard he was the best but had no idea what was to come. This Dr. Explained every detail, option , the MRI with photos included and he and his staff helped me come to the path that was best for me. Way above and beyond what you would expect. I'm still in shock over how clear it was. I would recommend him above all.

Dr. Vaughn was such a great experience to me. He was clear explaining everything about my problem. I found him to be approachable, kind and intelligent.

Dr. Vaughn patiently took the time to answer all my questions. I felt heard and taken care of. As a senior woman, I sometimes feel as if my "demographic" isn't always listened to. I left the office visit with a clear idea about my condition and the next steps in my treatment. I would highly recommend him.

I have been to Dr. Vaughn before and I can honestly say he’s one of the most caring and kindness men I’ve known and has the time to talk and explain things in a way you can understand. I highly recommend him anytime and if he can’t fox you he will refer you to another great dr. He’s got my highest vote!
