Summary

He returned home to attend LSUHSC-Shreveport School of Medicine for his medical degree. Dr. Armand completed residency training at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He then served as head of the OB-GYN department at both Naval Hospital Beaufort and Naval Hospital Pensacola. He is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
