From the beginning to the end, my experience was exceptionally positive. Dr. Rohrich remained accessible through cell phone for recovery queries, instilling confidence in my choice. The immediate post-surgery realization affirmed I had chosen the right doctor. I adore my natural-looking new nose; Dr. Rohrich's expertise is truly miraculous. I feel fortunate and grateful to have had him enhance my nose. I highly recommend him and wish I had sought his expertise sooner.

I have gone to see Dr. Rohrich many times for Botox. He has also done a procedure on me called Facetite. It was for the sagging skin on my neck. I love the results. He always explains everything. His staff is very friendly. I have scheduled surgery to have my eyelids done. I'm so excited.

I trusted Dr Rohrich with my child, and I was completely correct in choosing him for her rhinoplasty. I researched surgeons extensively, as we wanted the best results possible. We chose Dr. Rohrich based on ratings, rankings, qualifications, awards in his field, and even “before and after” photos. We live in Colorado, but were willing to travel to have the right doctor perform surgery. It was the best decision we could have made. My teenager is so happy with her new nose. Dr. Rohrich is not only a surgeon, but an artist. He gave her the most natural-looking, darling nose. It fits her face so well, you would never know it’s been altered. We feel blessed to have found him.

I’ve never left a negative review for anything in my life, but Dr Rohrich butchered my nose. All pictures are +2 years post-surgery. The front of my bridge has a strong break point where it jets to the right, and, from the side, the bridge bump extends as far as my tip. My tip is also way too wide and low, resembling a disabled person. I know he broke my nose in surgery. I’m not sure why it still looks broken. Dr Rohrich offered to redo the procedure. I told him I just wanted to see imaging. I have 4 major concerns with this revision rhinoplasty. Considering this is more to correct than my primary rhino & revisions are much more difficult procedures, I wanted to at least ensure we had the same end goal in mind and were both striving for the same results. I don’t want to be one of his “4th nose job!!” TikTok/Instagram girls. I also wanted to see what it would look like after these changes because my hands are all over my face when I try to do it in the mirror so I can hardly see/know… if it’s proportional or looks good. Dr Rohrich refused because it would not “guarantee” results. Obviously. I know a picture will not be the exact same results but trust has been lost after enduring my primary with him (the recovery process is brutal enough as is. It’s normal for swelling to go down on one side faster than the other and look crazy, but when your nose is crooked & looks broken under all the swelling, it amplifies this and is almost unbearable). I truly feel like he knew any normal person with results like this would carry immense shame & embarrassment and would take anything to get it fixed. He knew he didn’t need to provide me anything besides 2 ten-fifteen minute phone calls (because I drove the 4 hours to his office and suddenly he could not make our scheduled appointment). I truly feel like I was scammed out of $20K and left with a hideous result. Four of my friends have since gone to other doctors for rhinoplasties, paid less money, and received stellar results.

Dr. Rohrich recently performed a lip lift (lip shortening and flip), and I'm so excited about the results even though I'm only one week post operative. I had a very long philtrum which I've wanted to change for years and after discussing the procedure with Dr. Rohrich, I knew I had found the perfect surgeon. Dr. Rohrich is an internationally renowed plastic surgeon and a true artist in every sense of the word. He and his entire team are dedicated to each and every patient’s needs individually and I'm fortunate to be one of his patients.

I went to see Dr. Rohrich to have a facelift. I told him I didnt want any fat injected into my face because I felt my cheeks were already too chubby. What did he do? He injected fat all over my face! The fat that was injected didn't take and caused a necrosis on my cheeks which in turn caused horrible scarring! When I asked him how he could remove the fat he told me there was nothing he could do. Now, 2 years later, I found out that he could have done things to remove the fat, but he didnt because that would involve him admitting that he made a mistake. He also injected fat in my ear lobes! My ear lobes were nice and tight and now they are fat and droopy! Now, other Doctors tell me that it's too late to revise the scarring. That the scars are too imbedded. If Dr. Rohrich had done something right away, I might not have these scars. (Or if he had just done the procedure that I asked for with no fat injections!) Now I'm left with a fat, scarred face! See the pics....If you want to… have a procedure done where he doesn't listen to you and does whatever he wants to do to you because he calls himself an "artist", then go see Dr. Rohrich.

From my first consultation until my post op appointment, Dr. Rohrich was attentive, kind, positive, and straight forward. He asked me what my top concerns were, noted them, and aligned everything around it. His team was always quick to answer my questions and send necessary paperwork, and they were always professional and positive. When I met him in person for the first time the day before my surgery, he walked me through everything he was going to do, went over my concerns again, and answered any questions I had. When I arrived for surgery, he and his team were so comforting and knowledgeable. I thought I would be so nervous, but I felt so calm as they laid me down on the operating table because I knew that I was in the best possible hands. After surgery, Dr. Rohrich came in when I had come to and showed me the before and after pictures of my nose. It already looked incredible. He was happy and so excited, which is always contagious. He and his team provided clear aftercare… instructions, and he gave me his cell number if I had any questions. When I arrived a week later for my post op visit, Dr. Rohrich was almost giddy with happiness at how my nose was looking. He kept popping in and out of the room, calling me a “rockstar” and giving me fist bumps. My nose was swollen and tender (as to be expected), but I could already tell what wonderful work was done. The pain was never too bad during recovery - in fact, the worst part was the sore throat from the breathing tube during the operation. My nose was never very painful, and bruising was surprisingly minimal. Dr. Rohrich really loves what he does, and you can tell by the way he treats you, his team, and by your results. I’d recommend him to anyone that asks!

Life changing! I don’t even know how to summarize how happy I am after my experience with Dr. Rohrich! Everyone reading, it’s real, the man is an expert! I am 10 days post-op for a tertiary rhinoplasty and I am thrilled with my results! No matter what rhinoplasty you are having, the first or a revision, the apprehension and fear is real, and it is hard to decipher through all the hype and marketing that is out there, even on review sites! I can tell you, I had my first rhinoplasty by a very famous doctor and then a second revision years later, all to see my nose get bigger and wider with the surgeries...it was so defeating. I looked nation-wide for this this revision, spending months looking at reviews, websites, social media pages, reading articles, and narrowed it down to three surgeons I felt were the most experienced. Ultimately, I went with Dr. R because of the patient results gallery, his social media pictures, as well as the number of publications and research he has performed… in the area of rhinoplasty. Dr. Rohrich LISTENED to what I needed, truly took what I said were my concerns and executed them! He has been a pleasure to work with - responsive and very kind and personable. If you are looking for a surgeon, do not mess around - schedule your consult with him and you will understand. ALSO- in my consult I went forward with an upper blepharoplasty and Dr.R. recommended a facial fat augmentation. This has been so awesome! The results made my face look so much younger. He saw that he could significantly improve my face with facial fat augmentation, explained it, and did a GREAT job taking years of my face! Thank you for making me feel so much better Dr. Rohrich!! I am only 10 days post-op but I feel what you have given me is life changing!!
