I called this office to TRY and schedule a new patient appointment, as soon as the phone was answered, I got a "Dr's office, can you please hold?" before I could even respond the line was empty. I waited on hold for 7 minutes and hung up. I tried calling back 35 minutes later thinking maybe I caught them at a busy time, same thing line picked up, "Dr's office can you hold?" again before I could respond the line went silent. I have NEVER had such a terrible first impression with a dr's office before. Needless to say I will not be calling back and DO NOT recommend anyone else call them unless you have an emty schedule and like to be put on hold for longer than 10 minutes.

I have been seeing Dr Alemia for many years. He has always been tops at all he does. Excellent in all is what is given at this office by Dr Alemia. I would never change Dr's office at all. I live north and would rather drive south to see him then to get another dr that is close to where I live. That is how comfortable and happy I am with Dr. Alemia and his whole staff. I would say Best of the Best!!!!!

I think Dr. Alamia is a good doctor but the front desk (receptionist). is horrible. She is rude, unprofessional and has a bad attitude. If she doesn't like her job she should quit. I am considering finding another doctor because of the particular person, I don't know where she came from. I got more empathy from my military doctors when I was in the service. Dr. Alamia please have a long talk with your receptionist.

Besides very solid evidenced based care by all staff in the office there is the excellent skills & teaching to patients about their diagnosis & advocating good self care through knowledge.
