Para mi punto de vista y experiencia con el Doctor Valderrabano me parece excelente profesional, con respecto a mi problema se interesó mucho, me mandó por un año la medicina exacta para mi problema, se toma su tiempo con migo explicandome de la manera más sencilla para que yo entendiera mi problema y la solución. Su servicio lo calificó como excelente, muy profesional, carismático, sencillo, y, honesto .

He and his staff need to do a lot better when it comes to showing compassion for patients. More humanity, less condescension. Just complete and utter abhorrent service. I have been a patient with UHealth for 20 years and this is by far my worst experience with any of their doctors/nurses.

Great Dr.! He really does care about his patients and always accommodated for me. He is very evidenced and research based which is what every physician should be.

My mom was going to him when her PCP found nodules on her thyroid. They did a scan and found one to be suspicious so even after Dr. Valderrabano told my mom she would need a biopsy, he never wrote the order for the biopsy so we were unable to follow up on her care. We called every day for a while and his assistant kept contacting him but he never wrote the order. We found an ENT to do the biopsy instead. No one should have to follow up on their doctor that much to do his job. Worrying about your health is bad enough. You deserve a doctor who will be just as concerned as you are!
