Dr. Roger Barto Cole, MD

I can honestly say that after being a long time patient of the late / friend of mine, Dr. Kenneth Rybicki, I was referred to Dr. Roger B.Cole whom I felt the same heartwarming care and treatment from. Dr. Cole has always rendered nothing but the best treatment and professional diagnoses of all of my ailments, complaints, and specialist referrals. In conclusion, I can truthfully with highest respects, recommend Dr. Cole and his caring professional staff. As for the comment about their records keeping, this was the only way for years and I commend the Office Personnel for the use of their brain power because all are not able. I Agree. I'll keep looking. Unprofessionalism from the top to the bottom and I'm just being honest. However, there is no problem with the billing and invoicing. Forget about further conversation if you have any balance due. If you're? ready to pay they are ready to talk. That's the first answer to any question you have. You get stories you didn't ask for and prejudgements before you can even discuss your medical needs. I feel the doctor is always rushed and more concerned with moving on to the next patient than caring for my needs. Even when I do get my say, testings I was told were to be done aren't checked off and the staff can't carry out orders since they were not in the room at the time of examination. Enough already. I'm in search of someone with better bedside manner, willing to hear and evaluate my concerns correctly, be thorough in what test to order and who's staff knows the correct coding to use so that the insurance company won't deny my claim. FRUSTRATING is my final word.

I had to comment. I saw Doctor Cole's practice have good ratings and I was astounded. DO NOT GO! Let me preface this review, Doctor Cole is a caring and effective physician. However, office personnel is understaffed and extremely unprofessional. If you're looking for an organized practice this is not it. Medical records are not kept electronically but in large disorganized stacks behind the desk. The practice is consistently delayed in any and all responses. If you need prescriptions on time, forget it, they will only be called in after 5pm. Prompt only when billing the consumer. They consistently incorrectly called in prescription dosage levels for the past 3 1/2 years. Everything about the office exudes an unprofessional atmosphere. From dirty chairs, carpets and something as simple as a magazines from who knows when. If I have to wait so long, please give me something!!!!! Dr. Cole seems to be the only glue holding this practice together. I do recommend him as a… physician. I left a year ago and could not be happier. When you get appointment reminders, nurses that call you back, clean waiting rooms, prescriptions called in quickly, and most of all professionalism across the board you realize what you have missed. I am rarely sick, however when I was, this office was a disaster.

I feel like I am constantly having to fight him to help me with my current illness which was discovered by blood test from a nutritionist in a different country. The truth is I need a specialist and he constantly tries to convince me that I do not, while at the same time admitting that my current treatment, which I have given 2 years of trying, does not work. He has never followed up with any of the 5 blood test I have done at his office and all of them have come back with problems. How do I know? because I have to call and get the blood test results and then call a family member in a different country that is a doctor and have the tell me about the results.

I strongly recommend Dr. Cole, who is a very smart, kind and attentive young doctor. He spends whatever time is needed with patients to get to the bottom of their problems, and his diagnostic skills are top-notch.
