Went to Dr. Daley on a referral from the then Chairman of the Medical Center. I ended up with a large scar, daily pain, and lost additional strength in both my hand and arm and was never able to go back to my normal activities. I did not go back after therapy was complete. My opinion was that he preferred reattachments. I should have demanded better care. It remains a depressing experience.

We are so thankful our son had Dr. Daley as his surgeon. When our son went in for the first surgery we were told he had a 50% chance of living and that amputation of his arm from the shoulder down would be likely. Dr. Daley and his team worked hard and quickly trying to remove dead and infected tissue so it would stop spreading. After this initial surgery three more for debriding followed, and the final one of that stretch they we able to close using a skin graft from his thigh. I am so grateful to him for saving Eric's life and allowing him to keep his arm. His arm is not pretty, but it works, After about 1-1/2 years of PT & OT along with two more surgeries for scar re-sectioning he may not be at 100% but I'd venture to say 95%.

We came to Dr. Daly for a second opinion regarding my son's wrist. He had a fractured wrist (schaphoid nonunion of the proximal pole). Dr. Daly ended up doing surgery and put a screw in to fix his issue. He was very professional and understanding. Our son just got his cast off yesterday it has started to heal. Thank you Dr. Daly!

This clinic is extremely difficult to make appointments. The coordination between the ER and the clinic was very poor.

if I had any complaint it would be that he runs behind in clinic at times but it's worth the wait. He always give us the time we need and my son who usually dislikes doctors, looks forward to his visit with Dr. Daley. He has a friendly and caring manor. We love him.

We had to take my daughter in to see doctor Daly due to what we thought was a dislocated thumb. Dr. Daly was able to diagnosis my daughter with a trigger finger which was very rare to see in children. He was very knowledgeable but his bedside manner was awful. When my daughter had fallen a couple of weeks ago we had originally went to the ER in Waukesha. They referred us to Dr. Daly and we requested to have my daughters medical records sent to his office. They only sent half the records and did not send the x-rays. Once this was discovered by Dr. Daly he questioned my wife about it and she informed him that we had requested that all of the records be sent. He replied that he has heard that before, just like he has heard that the check was in the mail. I found this to be so rude to react this way in front of a patient. If at all possible, I would recommend finding a different physician to to treat you because doctor could care less about you or your condition.

I was referred to Dr. Daley by a neurologist. I had surgery on my left wrist. I returned for suture removal a week and 1 day after surgery. One wound wasn't healed well, and bled. Dr. Daley put a bandage on it, said to keep it on for a week. It was off before I reached home. By the end of that week I had swelling and much pain and visited the department. A resident looked at it, and when he pressed on the site a hematoma spurt blood out. A culture and sensitivity sample was taken of the wound and I had several bacterial infections. I spent some time in the hospital and am still on antibiotics. I found that Dr.. Daley's team of Residents etc., were so caring and spent a lot of time overseeing my care. When I had appointments with Dr. Daley and needed to talk with someone, the Residents were still in the room, and would talk with me, helping me to talk about things I needed to before going home. With Dr. Daley's heavy schedule of appointments he often doesn't have time to… talk with patients and answer their questions. He trusts his team and I feel a rapport with them and am comfortable talking with them.
