The founders of the group have been my medical go to for my entire life. I feel fortunate that this group is my primary care. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Dr. Ruggiero listens to your concerns, & addresses them. He takes time with you,& has a direct plan on moving forward.

Dr. DiRuggiero is a very nice man, with a gentle manner. He is very knowledgeable and cares about his patients’ wellbeing. He also has a common-sense approach which is much appreciated.

He demonstrated remarkable patience, diligence, and thoroughness, taking the time to carefully evaluate my symptoms and discuss everything fully. He educated me thoroughly, ensuring we explored all possible options until I was completely satisfied. He embodies the qualities of an 'old guard' physician—reminiscent of the traditional care from Dr. Murray and Dr. Gorman. In a time when many practitioners suffer from a chronic lack of curiosity, his attentiveness and dedication are a refreshing change. Highly recommended.

Dr. D. makes you feel relaxed and comfortable when treating you. There 8s no need to have any anxiety when going to his office for an appointment.

Looks like the practice is switching to concierge. Totally fine but they have spammed my phone with calls and texts and I've gotten 6 voicemails now since I added them to a block list.

I was a patient for over 10 years. There were times when the service was good and NOT so good. The wait times were sometimes long but mostly reasonable. The problem is the front office and the treatment of customers. They just need one day in a customer service training class and it would be okay.

Several times in the past two years, the office has not followed up by calling our family with various test results. We almost always have to call them. Even when we do call to have Dr. DiRuggiero call us, it takes several days after more follow up calls before we actuall hear form him. At best, he appears indifferent to our needs.
