Finally after months of waiting to be seen by a neuro developmental pediatrician. We were scheduled to see Dr Rohan dail. At first I was very skeptical with my 3yr old son because he was having one of those days but he sat through the ADOS test and we waited to see Dr dail. From the moment he walked in I felt uneasy in his approach upon saying hi. He looked at me funny like judging me and proceeded to speak to my son. He tested my son through play and made these awkward faces at me as my son passed the test and then asked me what’s wrong with your son he seems fine. I then tried multiple times to express my concerns of autism and behavior triggers and stims despite my sons communication barrier and delay but he didn’t want to hear them he kept asking what age did he do this or that. He would stop me every time I began to speak. This was the last straw for me as I came in here with concerns daily concerns about my 3 yr old son the frustration he gets from not being able to communicate… properly or fitting in and what we were seeing at home in public and at school. My son is extremely smart this I already knew but he didn’t answer nor cared about any of my concerns. Instead he said my child was very defiant and the issue was the way I was raising him at home. That I need to be strict and firm. I was in shock and wanted out of that place. My son on the way out had a melt down started screaming and throwing things and Dr dail started screaming through the front office window, back at him yelling you stop it now boy, do you want me to come out there. This was the worse I mean the worse experience I’ve ever had with a physician never in the yr I’ve been trying to get my son the helps he needs have I ever experienced this. Was finally told he needed to see a behavioral pediatrician in order to get him the aba treatment he needs. What a waste of time. Please take your child else were if you really want answers.

We has a very nice and professional experience with Dr Dial. I recommend him 100%. Very professional and friendly. All the staff and nurses very professional and nicely and organized. Very very good Dr

This doctor was flippant, unprofessional, used degrading adjectives to describe children and most importantly gave an inaccurate diagnosis.
