Dr. Rohit R Dhir

I booked an appointment with Dr. Dhir 2 weeks early and filled out all the forms necessary to provide him with insights into my condition. His office is 45 minutes away from my home. I got a call while in the parking lot of his office 30 minutes prior to the appointment that he could not help me and wanted to refer me to another doctor. Dr. Dhir's office sent me numerous texts and emails in the two weeks prior to my appointment making sure that I was going to make it, yet they call me 30 minutes before and cancel. Apparently, operation is run like a small town practice whereas they don't know what they are doing from one day to the next. Find a more professional organization to deal with.

He delayed my Surgery Time. He did not provide time to discuss my cases but he wrote that he had done it in my medical report. He saw me twice and spent about 10 minutes each. He charged about $650 for the first 10 minutes much more than others. I have not received the second charges yet. He only cares about money not his patients.

Poor communication and denied service after only giving me a few minutes before my appointment of paying half of my deductible. This was unprofessional and I was referred by my primary doctor on good standing. If you are in a lot of pain, I would not recommend this practice facility, doctor or it's staff. Shows how much they care during a Corona Virus outbreak.

Great bedside manner, attentive, and follows up after procedures. Unlike most doctors these days Dr. Dhir actually spends time with his patients and makes them feel at ease, and answers all questions without getting annoyed. Most importantly, makes sure you fully understand diagnosis and treatment options. I highly recommend Dr. Dhir!
