He was very thorough and listened. Asked my opinion.

Yes Dr. Makkar saw me in his office. We discussed my concerns, and Dr. Makkar offered sound and complete counseling to me. A plan for diagnostic testing was discussed and my brief appointment came to an end. I thought everything went well, and I am confident that I will receive excellent care and treatment from Dr. Makkar.

He takes the time to listen to me when I have issues . He accept me with sign language interpreter in for me to go with the appointment! He s friendly and patiently with me .

I appreciate Dr. Makkar's thoroughness, kindness, thoughtful consideration to your condition...all things you want a doctor to be.

Such a great office and doctor. The wait times are relatively short. Saffs are so understanding, friendly and professional. Dr. Makkar is one of the most caring doctor I have had the pleasure of having. He does not rush you in and out, he takes time with his patients and actually listens.

Dr. Makkar was very personable and approachable This was so appreciated, as I was nervous about the symptoms which brought me in. He was also very thorough and reviewed my symptoms and history to determine next steps. I walked out of my appointment feeling I was in good hands. Thank you Dr. Makkar!

If I could give zero stars I would and if possible, you should run away from this group and use anybody else. This group is a great example of why many people want the government to take over the healthcare system. The main number is staffed by a call center, so you have to repeat your story multiple times. The Medical Secretary/Assistant is never available on the first call and doesn't return a call when they say they will. In short, a very unprofessional operation. In my experience, the doctor (Dr. Makkar) is not much better and doesn't respond well when you inquire about a particular treatment plan or express a concern about your own health situation (which you should obviously know pretty well). He was very condescending and completely insensitive to what I was going through in terms of pain and discomfort. Overall, it seems like all this group is interested in is driving you to more expensive procedures that may or may not be necessary. Steer clear - I would not recommend… this group or particular doctor to anyone!
