I love Dr Begum. She's sweet. She's very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Listens to the patient. Spends good amount of time with the patient. Staff is very friendly and professional. It's always a very comfortable experience!

I have been with her for years as well as through several insurance carriers, hospital ownership changes, staff changes, referrals, inpatient and outpatient visits. She is a very caring and personable doctor. Her staff is professional and courteous and her office locations are convenient and easily accessible. Any billing problems are handled with care to detail and swiftly. Gotta give Rebecca kudos for painless blood draws too!

I came late to my appt after work and wasn't able to call to let the staff know. When I got there, as always, no one says hello or even looks up from their monitor. When the office mange finally speaks to me she throws my cuconstances in my face and counts "1,2,3,4,5 people in front of you" and "you have to call to say you'll be late" and still more "you should have called"! I'm like wow, how about I never come back. Where is your bedside manner? She's so better as a prison guard. Same with the nurse who never takes my weight or symptoms or asks my well being. Why? Why be a nurse if you don't like people?
