Dr. Roland Nassim, MD

This office has provided nothing but unorganized and unprofessional actions from the Nurses, Receptionists, and Doctors. I always gave them the excuse of being too busy or "that is how it is in all the doctor's offices". Today I need it to say something. Doctor Roland Nassim is not giving patients respect and he is very unprofessional. He does not look up to his patients no matter what illness they have unless they are close friends of the staff. Doctor Nassim has trained his personal staff only to allow patients that are close friends to the doctor or the staff first and then if there is time he will check on you. Nassim is very quick to send you to do a test but he does not give you the appropriate time to see you as a patient. Yes, it's nice to get that friendship with your doctor but do not disrespect the other 15 patients that are waiting to see you. when you call for an appointment and you take a day off from work and show up on time only to see that Dr. Ronald Nassim can not… see you because you are not close friends it's very unprofessional and disrespectful. I have never received such horrible service, especially from a Doctor's office.

This creep would screw his mother for a buck. Don't see him just because he speaks your language of Spanish. Find someone good first.He is truly uncaring and incompetent.MOVE ON! Protect your health with a caring doctor.NOT Nassim.

The office is busy most of the time. But doc and his time are very friendly and Professional.they treat u with smile and patiently. The office Secretary, Mrs Dalia is the best. She answer all phone call about the appointment, referral ,or any question regarding ur blood test and etc..with manner and calm. .. but.... the only thing I didn’t like is the lady taking care of the bills. She doesn’t know how to send the bill to insurance office. It happened a few time I called my insurance bec I got extra bill, they said they got the wrong code. I could say she is the money hunger not the doc.

This "Doctor" is out for money like crazy. The office overbooks routinely and the patients usually wait an extra hour or more to be treated.They try to give unnecessary tests to get more dinero. Respect yourself--run from this little uncaring phony!

My wife and l decided to see this doctor because of close proximity where we live. Things were going well until it was time to refill her prescription.( She takes a controlled tablet only to be ordered by the doctor) Very often when a request is made it goes in late.I have to call many times before it is done.Hence my wife goes without the tablets for days. We were not treated well by this doctor. We now seeing another doctor. Very poor service was given to us Raybindra Nauth.

My first time with a pain in my left leg, was very care nice and care, above all listen patiently to my situation.....and I hope to have you for a long time Thank you very much Dr. Nassim

Good bedside manners. .. Caring doctor. Takes his time with you. Be prepared to wait for service over 1-1-1/2 hrs. This Doctor over schedules patient. Waiting room always congested.

wonderful physician. kind and caring. great with seniors.
