I highly recommend Dr. Prezas. He has been my doctor for over 7years now. He is very caring and spends time answering any questions you may have. His nurse Karen and Melba are extremely nice.

Very thorough. He spent a lot of time with me and I felt like he was trying hard to get to the root of the issue. He did not rush through the visit to get to the next patient.

Dr. Prezas, has a good attitude and explains what the cause of treatment is and what is best way to treat it. He tries to help with any medical concerns I have. He has good bedside manners and cares about his patients. His nurse explains what is going on and helps with routine checkups.

I went in to find out what was causing my stomach problems. The staff was friendly, helpful and smiling. They seemed happy to be there and happy to help the paitents. The doctor is very friendly and kind. He spent plenty of time with his patients which is not very common. I am very happy to have come there.

Dr. Presaz is not the problem-his staff is the problem. He is aware of the problem however, so he should do something about it. Things they regularly take weeks to do: refill meds when requested, call back, fax referrals. They do make excuses, give the run around, and are extremely rude.

I have been to see Dr Prezas a few times. Dr. Prezas is a great Dr., his staff on the other hand are very unprofessional and don't seem to have any management or experience. I won't be seeing Dr. Prezas any longer because of this.
