Dr. Roland S Ramdass, MD

We took our son who is 16 for Cavas Foot (high arch) and Doctor Ramdass was amazing. He has a great personality and communicated nicely with us about his care.

I've been a patient of this office since 2015. I first saw Dr Lonas for surgery to fuse my great toe joint. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, a chronic, degenerative disorder that is, sadly, still not well understood in the medical community. Dr. Lonas was an exception. She was amazing. She referred me to Dr. Ramdass the following year to treat my worsening ankles. He has operated on me 4 times since then. When i first went to him I was completely dejected following a horrible appointment with the WVU orthopedic office in Morgantown, WV. The doctors there didn't listen to me and dismissed my complaints. Dr Ramdass was the exact opposite. He found in the MRIs what other doctors didn't take the time to see. In the years since he has become an expert (in my EDS community's opinion) in EDS. He has taken the time to learn about it so he could treat me. I've referred several more EDS patients since then and they love him as well. It's not just DR. Ramdass and Dr Lonas though, it's the entire… staff. Montana, Jean, Crystal and Heaven are not only professional and amazing at their jobs, they also treat you like you're family. They feel like family after all these years. I don't know where that 1 star rating came from, but I can assure you this office is at the top of it's class

I don't know where that 1 star ratiing came from I have been to Dr Ramdass several times,and he is excellent. I hope to keep him the rest of my life.

The facility never contacted my insurance company to have prior approval for my procedure. Then they lied and said they did. When I called my insurance they had no information from this doctor's office. Then to make it even worse, the doctor's office REFUSED to call and get it cleared. However, the office was very willing to take my money upfront. Total joke of an office and scam. I wish I could rate a "zero"!
