The doctors front and staff is completely and totally incompetent the entire time I was there after being seen at least five times they had the paperwork incorrect. Two knee injection first one was botched second one didn’t work the third time when we came down for a different procedure every single time his staff mentioned the procedure. It was the wrong procedure. It was the wrong procedure code. It was like going in to get your left knee replaced in all of the medical staff you referred to it as your right knee, avoid this guy

Mostly good but frustrating. If you are in a lot of pain, Dr Reinhardt will take you in and try to help you; so yes, wait time is a thing, but understandable, and I can live with that. Once I meet with whatever Dr I'm assigned, I get good care and the medicine is appropriate and effective--when I can get it. The problem is getting the scripts for refills to the pharmacy. Can't take prescribed meds if I can't get them. This creates a lapse in care where I get dumped back to the same level of pain I was in when I came there. The average after 2 yrs is that 2 months out of every 6 months, the refills are late. Frustrating. Don't know what the problem is but think this is irresponsible on their part. I am currently seeking another pain mgmt provider.

I saw Dr. Reinhardt in August of last year. As other treatment modalities failed, we discussed Spinal Spacers as a good option. Minimally invasive, quick recovery, statistically good outcomes, better in fact than more invasive irreversible options. He agreed to submit for Prior Authorization with my insurance, having heard nothing in two months, I began calling the office leaving messages. Finally got a live person in the middle of February, I was told that the scheduler had done half the paperwork but not finished or submitted it. I was also told that they would be submitting for another more invasive and expensive surgery, briefly discussed and agreed was too invasive and less beneficial/ I was promised a call back the next day. I've called the office every two or three days since, and been promised a call back by the end of the day. Still nothing.

I was stupid enough to wait with my first appointment being at 11:15 am and I didn't see Dr. Reinhart until 1:15 pm. I was put in a room at 12:15 pm with an assistant asking me the same questions I had already answered on line. Dr.Reinhart came into that same room I waited in for an hour and asked me a few questions and he gave me a prescription for an MRI. He gave me maybe 3 minutes of his time. I had 3 injections and with each appointment a 2 hour visit, still have the pain. Shame on Dr. Reinhart, his staff, ethics and lack of consideration for his patients. I looked around and saw so many elderly people being treated inhumane with making them wait as I waited. Horrible situation, horrible practice. Why bother to have an appointment? In 73 years I have never experienced such behavior in a practice of any kind that schedules an appointment at 8:30 am and sits for an hour and 45 minutes to get a three minute injection. Not one visit but 4 visits was not less then an hour… and forty-five minute wait before seeing the Doctor. I am one elderly person that will not be treated as this practice has treated me. I only fear for those who feel they have no where else to go because they have chronic pain and need injections. These elderly people put up with being treated like second class citizens by a medicine man, who seems to have no consideration of his clients 2 hour wait. His time is all that matters.

Don't expect him to respect your time. He is chronically late, as much as three hours. I have seen three patients walk out in anger shouting about long waits. His bedside manner is pretty good but not worth the waits and the cold, seemingly uncaring treatment by his staff. Their treatment is no doubt influenced by the complaints which are evident if you sit near the reception window. The doctor now advertises on tv, which is perhaps a sign that he burns through patients. I would not be surprised if the relatively large staff turns over quite frequently as well.

Receptionist Cathy is Rude and lacks skills. Wait time is over 2 hours.

The most incompetent office staff I have ever encountered. Was waiting days for an answer about a pain medication that needed a prior authorization. Instead of letting me know about a magical fee that they charge before they will even submit the document I had already been waiting days in PAIN!!! They do not care about patients at all.

Dr. Reinhart is a very caring doctor who listens carefully and gives detailed explanations. He make sure that you are comfortable with his treatment recommendations and gives you lots of time to ask questions. He does not force you to except any type of treatment that you’re uncomfortable with. Office is very busy and wait times is longer than usual. I find that he is worth the wait and give him the attention he gives me. I just block out 2 hours for the time it takes to see him.
