Dr. Sakiyama is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He listens to me, and gives advice in a professional way. This is unlike others who lecture you or make you feel bad.

Patient of Dr. Sakiyima for many years. Five to ten minutes ,no matter what. Does not keep up on current meds. Go to hospital, never see him. Good enough Dr. but I don't get colds. Does not care how other doctors may treat you. Rude often. only good thing is his staff. They are great. Can't say dr. is.

Dr. Sakiyama has been my physician for two years and has always been kind and caring. He listened to my medical concerns and followed up on them immediately.

Never gives you enough time. Looks at his watch. Not supportive. Competent diagnostician. Other doctors like,respect him. Skilled examinations. Doesn't listen well when he's in a hurry, which is almost always.

If you don't mind diagnosing yourself and figuring out what tests to order, he is your man. He's nice enough but you get 5 - 20 minutes at most. That's the situation these days with doctors who take insurance. His office is busy so don't expect much. Oh and if you want to know your test results, you need to make another appt. to come into the office to get them. Staff gives you the run around as well.

I've been a regular patient for about 6 years. My overall health is very good, so I see Dr. Sakiyama mainly for routine physicals and any other things that come up between physicals. He's always caring, professional, and is one of the few doctors who actually seem to look at your file before coming into the examining room, so he asks questions related to any past concerns. He's great about reminding you when certains tests or booster shots are due and always offers good advice. I wish there were more doctors like him out there.

Dr Sakiyama is a most caring physician. He is easy to talk to. He listens to your concerns. He provides excellent instructionS, and HE FOLLOWS THROUGH. He calls you up with lab results. He is calm and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr Sakiyama.
