I had kidney stones for the first time in my life after being diagnosed in the ER, He was the first available provider I could see regarding this condition, I had an appointment at 1130am, they told me to arrive 30 minutes ahead of time, which I did. I waited in the lobby while everyone else got seen, finally at 1215 I asked them what the wait time would be, the receptionist who was awful, said let me check, they had apparently forgot about me and rushed me in, asked me to leave a urine sample but never explained why, never verified who I was during the whole visit and then sent me for a xray which didn't show anything. I should add he only saw me for at best 5 minutes, answered no questions even though this was the first time I had kidney stones. I was then made to wait again for scheduling a procedure, even though I was in pain and asked if they could call me later so I could get home as it had been almost THREE HOURS at the visit, but they insisted on me waiting. I ended up… cancelling everything and seeing another provider who was very helpful and redeemed the practice.

Make sure you get a second opinion, look for a doctor with more qualifications. He was not qualified to provide the services he offers. I now know why he wants all the money before the surgery.
