I will NEVER, I repeat...NEVER take my child to RINCON PEDIATRICS after today. These idiots state that "it is their policy to not accept children back after they have seen another physician with a 50 mile radius"...REALLY?!?! Maybe you should tell the military that and not take their money because military families MOVE and they could move BACK!! THAT MEANS MAYBE YOU SHOULDN'T ACCEPT TRICARE!!!...So since my child seen you all when she was an infant, and then we move, you refuse service! They have some NERVE! For all of you that are not military or may not understand, if i take my child to a private doctor, I must only go to that doctor and no one else. That means its either them or the ER...so for a sore throat, they basically stated that they wouldn't see her.. They will never have to worry about seeing my face again...

I took my 7 year old to be seen for an unknown, spreading, rash on his body, I was extremely concerned. This doctor(Manalo) proceeded to tell me my child had been burned by a hot liquid, & maybe quote" he just doesn't remember, sometimes kids forget"!!!! What?! Knowing this was not the case I took my child to the ER; where he was properly diagnosed! I really could not believe after explaining that he hadn't, he continued to diagnose him with being burned!
