Dr. Rolf Roger Stavig, MD

If Dr Stavig has been your doctor for years as he's been mine, go find another doctor ASAP. He's retiring and no longer listens to his patients. I went in to see him because I've gained weight, despite not changing my eating habits, I go to the gym 4-6 times a week and spend 1-2 hours at each visit. I also have some other symptoms. The man looked at me and told me I'd be a good candidate for weight loss pills. Uhm, no. When all my bloodwork came back mostly normal, Linda, the world's most condescending nurse, called me to tell me that he recommended losing weight and being more active. Seriously. How much more active would he like me to be?????

His greatest asset is that he listens and you do not get the impression that he has to watch the clock and get you in and out and on to the next patient. Good GP. Probably not the top of his class but isn't inexperienced and is young enough to be our GP for the rest of our lives if we don't move away.

Dr. Stavig spent a lot of time with me listening to my full history. He really seems to care about patients.

Great Doctor

My husband and I love this doctor he is very good, he spends time with you asks questions and is very thorough. I recommend this doctor to anyone. He is great.

Not a bad doctor, but not a great one that thinks outside the box. Good for standard issues but not complicated ones.
