Dr. Rom Jeffrey Markin, MD

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. I went in for an extremely painful case of gout in my right knee. Dr. Markin walked into the room and literally tripped over my afflicted leg causing me immense pain. Rather than apologizing he showed absolutely no empathy or compassion or even any concern for the pain he had just caused me and instead started asking me why I think I was having a flare up. I was on the floor crying out in pain and he was literally asking me what I had to eat. He then showed a total lack of understanding of my medical condition. He recommended an over the counter topical medicine for my level 8/9 pain and refused to prescribe me my normally prescribed medications. I had to complain to his assistant about my experiance and she finally convinced him to prescribe me what I was normally perscribed. Literally the worst medical experience of my life. This man needs to find his way to retirement.

Dad had Alzheimer's. He reduced and revamped his meds. Diagnosed problems the hospital and 2 other doctors misdiagnosed. Dad improved enough that we could keep him home another 2 years.
