Provider didn't listen to reasons I was there and then told me to google my issues. Then got upset when I couldn't take the medication he wanted to prescribe (I'm allergic, it's in my medical history).

I am a 53yr old African American male. I make time for my yearly/bi-yearly checkups with my physician and have for many years. I recently had a scheduled appointment for my physical checkup and was very disappointed with the exam and the Doctor's seeming lack of interest in my care. The exam was very short as the checkup consisted of checking my throat, quickly listening to my breathing/heart beat and checking my testicles. The exam was over he said, "you are healthy". No time for conversation or questions just ready to go. Upon my request I asked him aren't you going to check my ears and nose? Is that it? I found myself having to prompt the Doctor or ask the questions I wanted answered before I was swept out of the room for the next patient. I'm sure the price of my visit/checkup has not decreased in recent years but would rather guess/assume that it has increased. However the time spent with the patient has drastically decreased. I am quite sure my insurance was billed handsomely… for this visit but I, the patient, am left feeling cheated. This is not the first time I have been made to feel like this but thought it was time to say something about it. This last visit has made me really consider looking for another Doctor who has more than 7 to 10 minutes for patient care. I appreciate the time to share my feelings and or thoughts about this and hope there is a solution to be found in the near future. Thanks

Absolutely no bedside manner. I would not recommend him to anyone!

He's an excellent doctor, he's very caring , I always listened to me about my problems always trying to help. I would recommend him.
