Dr. Roman Thomas Pachulski, MD

Very personable and friendly professional with an agreeable disposition. Highly educated and knowledgeable in regards to his field of expertise.

Worst so called dr ever!!!

Dr. Pachulski no longer practices in San Antonio, having up and moved to Stony Brook, New York some time within the past 3 months and did not notify me nor did he let me know where I could find my medical records. Quite a shock to show up for a scheduled appointment and find his office locked and dark. An internet search yielded the information that he is currently practicing in Stony Brook, NY. Bummer.

Dr. Pachulski is extremely smart and skilled. Additionally, his bedside manner is excellent and his team is friendly and caring. He has improved my quality of life immensely! I would trust him to care for every member of my family, and recommend him to anyone!

Over several yrs; Dr.P. & staff very efficient, never unfriendly. Dr's use of technology to quickly review & explain test results is excellent; always calm. He immediately changed my meds when side effects occurred. I did feel he was not open to questions after providing brief patient education, perhaps due to efficient time scheduling. However, he did take time to engage in a brief discussion w/answers & explanations. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a specialist in Cardiac Electrophysiology.

We have been seeing this Dr. going on five years.. My husband has an extremely low heart function and initially had to see this Dr. in an emergency situation with a defibrillator gone bad (implanted by TexSan)... We believe this Dr. posses the highest level of expertise in his medical specialty... not an alarmist and does not order ongoing, redundant, and unnecessary tests. This is no "cattle call" office. He knows his patients' history and takes the time to listen to patients' concerns...and to educate the patient on any recommended procedure.

I am a patient who has been pacemaker dependent for 20 years. I have had extensive experience with cardiologists, not only as a patient, but professionally also as I am a R.N. Dr. Pachulski's high level of knowledge and skill has significantly improved my quality of life. To say that I am thankful is an understatement. He is truly a fabulous cardiologist.

DR.PACHULSKI BY FAR IS A GOD SEND!! I LOVE THIS DOCTOR, HE IS CARING, HE DOESNT JUST TELL YOU SOMETHING & WALK OUT OF THE ROOM HE EXPLAINS. I COULDNT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER CARDIOLOGIST. HE STAFF IS EXCELLENT, THEY ARE FRIENDLY, PATIENT & ALSO CARING.

All they care about is your money. If he spent as much effort on patient care then it would have been better. Go anywhere else.

Dr Pachulski welcomes second opinions. When a patient or family member obtains a second option after 2 consecutive visits, it indicates that there is a lack of trust. The physician patient relationship is based on trust, from both parties. If Dr Pachulski feels that relationship has been compromised, it is in the best interest of the patient to follow with one doctor in a particular specialty. There is less room for error if one physician is managing care.
