Worst office ever, Patients surgery is not as important as their fully booked appointments, ask you to postponed your surgery to accommodate their scheduled,

My mother had an issue with her health insurance; however, Dr. Ma was kind enough to see her, not knowing if he’s going to get pay or not. It shows me how much he cares about his patient. Much respect! Thank you, Jack Kow

The receptionists are very rude. Wait time is long, but office is not that busy. Doctor not spend much time to patient. very bad experience.

Please save your time and find another MD to care for you or your family member. Dr. Ma doesn't know the meaning to be a be good MD, he will not spend time to his patient, bedside manner, I question about that whether he ever practice when he was an intern ???? The front desk staff spend more time to discuss what they wants for lunch or dinner then actual working.

The receptionists at this office are very rude and short with the patients. Their attitude was very dismissive. They did not show any care to address or listen to my concerns. Not to mention that the wait time is extremely long. I had made an appointment, I arrived on time and still waited 2 hours before I was able to see the doctor. The doctor himself was great however the staff and the wait was discouraging. I will not be going here again.

Dr.Ma is the best Dr. I know of...He has taken care of me from the past 13 years and when ever I need to see a specialist he has helped me and made arrangements that have gotten me to see the specialist ASAP and all his referrals have been the best.
