Dr. Romana Moezzi Haas, MD

Dr. Haas provides excellent care, appointments that are on time, and she has great compassion for her patients. She provides with no nonsense information and tells you exactly what is required to improve your health. Truth and directness are key for me and Dr. Haas is the best. Lisa of her staff is extremely efficient and consistently demonstrates superb skill in dealing with patients. I cannot say enough about the remarkable treatment that I have received from this team! I highly recommend Endocrinology of the Rockies!

Never experienced such rudeness from a specialist.

I have been seeing Dr. Haas for over 16 years and have always had excellent care from both her and her staff. I even got a call from her personally when I was hospitalized. I have no issues with her practice and would highly recommend her to anyone.

If you enjoy not having your calls returned and being treated with a level of rudeness and disrespect beyond compare then this is the practice for you. Abundantly clear that they do not care about patients. At all. Plenty of great practices in town that actually demonstrate care, sadly, this is not one of them

Dr Haas has been treating me for Hypothyroidism. Recently I asked her to run specific blood work to check my thyroid levels. My levels according to her are “normal” even though my T3 is low. I requested that she call me so I could go over the results with her personally instead of having to talk to her assistant Lisa. Dr Haas never called me and further more had her assistant call me (3 days later) and tell me that she wouldn’t change or add anything to my current medication treatment which is T4 (synthroid). I specifically asked that she put me on a T3 medication in which her response was No. Dr Haas wouldn’t personally talk to me, and had she taken 5 minutes out of her day to call me, she would have better understood my concerns and why I thought I needed to try T3. I continue to live with bothersome symptoms of Hypothyroidism but I never really questioned it because she always said my levels were normal. After further research, I have found that my hypothyroidism has been poorly… mismanaged. I have consulted a new Endocrinologist that I am happy to say, added T3 to my medication treatment for my condition. I feel that your doctor should always be willing to listen to you and try to understand your concerns and thoughts and ideas. After all, it is your body and your health. And a doctor should always call you personally if that is what you requested to have happen.

Didn't read my blood test results correctly, was looking at old results. Doesn't listen to patient concerns, dismissive.

When I see Dr. Haas I feel like she is in a hurry to finish with me and I'm not receiving the attention that I deserve. Anything concerns that I may have are immediately dismissed as if I'm overreacting. Her office is so small and the walls are paper thin that you can hear all the conversations she is having with other patients and I'm sure everyone else is hearing my medical issues. So much for Doctor/Patient confidentiality. If you have any issues with your adrenal glands/blood sugar, I highly recommend that you do not see Dr. Haas.

Dr. Haas did not spend hardly any time in the exam room with me when I went and then I felt like she was not addressing my concerns. By the time I was finished I was very frustrated. I would not recommend her, especially if you are looking for a doctor with compassion and concern. After being completely unsatisfied with my visit I received an invoice. When I called to pay the invoice I did not receive a call back for 2 days and upon payment they waited several days before charging the account. I asked for a faxed receipt on two occasions, I had to call the office a second time for this. And to date have still not received a receipt.All in all this visit and the several issues that followed made me think very poorly of this office and I would not recommend a visit to any of my family or friends.

After one year of treatment was very unhappy with lack of a thorough approach to treating the patient. Does not take good notes so has difficulty recreating a pateients medical history. More interested in viewing the range of blood levels vs. treating patient in a holistic approach to good health. Would not recommend physiican to anyone who has a diabetic problem.
