Dr. Ronald Keith Andrews, MD

The only good thing about this office is that you can get in right away if you are sick. The front office staff is very rude (on the phone and in the office). Dr. Andrews has misdiagnosised me for two different conditions. I would not recommend going to him. Can't wait to switch.

Misdiagnosed my late husband. Was treating him for bronchitis when, in fact, his lung had collapsed as a result of metastasized cancer. A lung x-ray revealed the real problem, and he only ordered the x-ray at my husband's insistence. The lab technician crossed the hall to ask him to come over and talk to us. When she came back across the hall she stated she would be surprised if he came over. He did not, so she recommended he get to emergency immediately due to risk of suffocation. He was instantly admitted to the hospital. Dr. Andrews did not come to see him in the hospital during his 4 day stay. We changed doctors. Sadly, it was too late for my 66 year old husband.
