Dr. Ronald Lawrence Bauer

I feel very fortunate that Dr. Bauer was recommended to me when a lump in my breast was found. Upon meeting this fine doctor, I knew I was in good hands. He is a soft spoken man that has a way about him that makes you relax and have trust in him. Yes, wait time is long but trust me....he is worth it. I found his staff to be very pleasant and professional. I wish him the very best with his move from New York, but he will be missed.

Dr. Bauer and his wife, Andrea, helped me tremendously when I was going through my second bout with breast cancer. Their compassion and expertise was invaluable. I planned on continued care with them and so disappointed when they left their practice here. To those that are fortunate to have him as your doctor be assured you are in good hands and he will help you get through a difficult time.

Loved Dr. Bauer! He removed a lump from my breast when I was 8 months pregnant. I was a wreck! He and his staff made me feel at ease. I highly recommend him.

I've seen Dr. Bauer and his wife Andrea for my Breast care since 2007. My experience w both have been wonderful..They take their time never made me feel rushed,answered all my questions and recently being diagnosed w Breast cancer they listened w compassion and patience as I was dealing w emotions that come along w that diagnoses..And as far as the staff goes, they were always friendly(and if they weren't it wouldn't stop me from seeing a fantastic dr.) And addressing any long wait times...who cares !! Everyone knows we always wait for good Drs..they are the guys who are taking time w you to answer all questions...a rude staff or long wait time are silly reasons in my option to not see a dr has nothing to do w quality of the dr..at least not my experience. I hope this information is helpful to seekers.. I am in the process of looking for breast reconstruction surgeon and realized how important reviews are...

During the most stressful events in my life, Dr. Bauer and his entire staff have made dealing with cancer less overwhelming. They are knowledgeable, skilled, kind, and caring. The mystery and fear of the diagnosis was made more tolerable, if that is possible, due to Dr. Bauer's calming presence. I have full confidence in him and his entire staff.

Wonderful, skilled sugeon. Tops in his field. Office staff not the best. Receptionist is unfriendly and rude.

Dr. Bauer is a fantastic doctor, he and his wife are very caring. Never had an unpleasant experience waiting for medical care. I would recommend anyone to his office.

Long waiting times is the biggest complaint. The doctors are great but if you are trying to fit in an appointment on your lunch hour, dont bother - I was there close to two hours. Also, there seems to be much confusion amongst the office staff, one hand doesnt know what the other hand is doing. I would not recommend.

I appreciated the fact that I was not treated like a number. I switched from a breast care clinic where I felt like I was on an assembly line. I had gone to this clinic twice and still had not met the surgeon. Dr. Bauer was so caring and one on one with me. I knew I was an individual at his office. Everyone in his office was very professional and friendly. It is nice to know your doctor from your first visit.

I think his staff are outright rude. they made me feel uncomfortable throughout my visit. I was rushed and not givcen enough time to discuss my situation and options. the waithing time to get any appointment is unacceptable for women waiting to see if they have cancer or not. this was the worst experience of my life!!!
