Wny Knee And Orthopedic Surgery Pc

I was 6-7 minutes late for an appointment. The receptionist was on the phone. I waited at least 5 minutes for her to get off the phone. When I told her that I was there for my appointment, she said that I've already been marked as a no-show and will have to reschedule. I said that if I hadn't waited 5 minutes till she got off the phone, I would have been checked in. There were NO other patients in the office. It was like a ghost town, it was so quiet in there. THAT WAS SO DAMN RUDE AND IT'S NO WAY TO TREAT A PATIENT OR RUN A BUSINESS. I AM VERY UPSET AND INSULTED!

I believe that Dr. Parentis is a very excellent surgeon. My Humpty - Dumpty ankle break required major mastery to be put together again. Everything went smoothly until week 12 when I had some very painful pop through sutures. Initially, I had no idea what they were I thought blisters or pimples developed in my interior ankle scar (I had both interior & exterior). When I called the office I was told it couldn't happen after 3 months. They made me feel like I was crazy. I finally hobbled in for my appointment, the PA took out some of the offending sutures but missed some. I had so much pain I couldn't sleep at all. I'd call and the staff would just groan and tell me to be patient. They wouldn't let me see the doctor. What a mess. He maybe a good surgeon, but if everything does not go right post-op they don't want to know you. I was treated very callously. Dr. Parentis would not return phone calls. I spoke only to the staff. They would say, "The doctor said, give it a little more time."… it was discouraging when you know something is wrong, This is why I can only give 2 stars
