fax number listing of dr benoit cannot be found anywhere on his website, or any of all other medical websites. Rx company wants fax number for dr's office to request dr's recommendation for the Rx to be tier 1 as needed for BPH. A patient can always call to get directions. However, annoyingly, direction phone number is splattered everywhere.

I had a vasectomy in 2018 and I had a 4 analysis throughout the 2018-2019. On my 4th analysis, I was told via message that no sperm was present. 3 months later my wife is pregnant. I learned my last analysis was not documented in the UPMC file and I’m being told that a text message is valid data. That’s crap! I find Benoit completely negligent and would not recommend him.

Benoit is a fine physician and he has an assistant (a woman) who is very nice. But, perhaps because he is associated with UPMC Physicians and perhaps because he is a teaching physician, there are two problems:1) Getting an appointment and dealing with the administration of his office/practice is terribe. His secretary could hardly be more rude.2) It seems that surgeries are likely to be performed by his residents/students.
