Office staff super rude

Could not be more disgusted by this “doctor”. Dr. Grubb brushed me off and literally shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know it could be a lot of things” when I shared my symptoms, he offered no diagnosis or recommendations and suggested maybe it would pass. Lazy.

Dr Grubb entire staff great to work with. Move from out of town happy I met them. Highly recommend.

As a first time self-pay patient, I was able to get an appointment within a week. Met with intern and explained some of my history and concerns. Told her the I was going to get blood work done and that I needed to get a follow-up after the results came back. Dr. Grubb followed the intern after several minutes and basically shook my hand, listened to my heart and left. I had the blood tests done on September 20th and after three calls into the doctor's office to review the results, I am still waiting to talk to someone about those results. Leaving voice mails apparently doesn't do anything, so I will continue to call the one number (no email address provided) until I reach a human being. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up by the Doctor and his staff.

Great doctor! Always willing to listen! Has helped in many different areas.

Excellent at osteopathic manipulative medicine (fixes the pains in my back after sports "incidences"), way better than the best chiropractor (I have used Lance Armstrong's Postal team DC in CO) and no X-rays needed.

Great Doctor! Husband and I have been seeing him about 3 years and hope to continue! Have even changed insurance companies to be able to keep him as our primary!
