Dr. Ronald Avery Krisch, MD

I am a 35 year old female who saw Dr. Krisch for depression. He is professional, and caring. His use of therapy and anti-depressants has led to me being happier, more outgoing and successful in business and in school. He is always available 24/7 when problems arise. I have never been treated so well by any doctor.

Helped me when I needed it the most and still does.

Dr. Krisch has been a blessing in my life. Because of his skill in treating my depression and anxiety, my life is so much better now. I have a positive outlook on life and I am gaining confidence and a feeling of well being.

For many years, Dr Krisch has provided medication management and unending support for our son who has a dual diagnosis of Down Syndrome and Autistic Spectrum. He agreed to take on something so difficult after many psychiatrists turned him down merely because he was non verbal. As a profession, psychiatrists need to examine their reasoning as being verbal does not guarantee the person will be able to verbalize what they are feeling. Parents and caregivers of autistic individuals know their actions and facial expressions are worth a thousand words. After all, a psychiatrist only sees this person monthly where the people who can tell you what is happening interact with this person 24/7. With the autistic population increasing, this profession needs to reexamine itself to take on the challenge. Recently our son went through a "shut down" for the second time in his lifetime. Dr Krisch was there to support him both times expending many extra hours to get him and us through a… solution successfully. This happened because he took the time to reach out to our son's PCP and worked on a collaborative and mutual care plan. This has earned her respect for Dr Krisch as well. She found him very approachable and willing to reach out to her which she has found to be rare from the psychiatric profession. Dr Krisch will always go to great lengths to care for his patients as if they were members of his own family. A special thank you to Denise in the office for being such an asset to this practice. Just the sound of her voice on the phone is very calming and her kindness and compassion knows no end. Again, this is rare for a front line person in a doctor's office.

I have seen him since 2007 for the treatment of depression / ADHD. With his help, my "quality of life" has improved significantly. He is compassionate, understanding, insightful, and very knowledgeable as to the despair associated with these conditions. Getting up each day and taking on life's challenges is now something I can do thanks to Dr. Krisch.

As my doctor Dr. Kitsch plays the role as an expert and partner in my mental health recovery. We discuss the pros and cons of my possible treatment options. He listens to me and my opinions are a huge factor in his treatment choices. He has gotten me through two depressive episodes and made a medication change that has vastly improved my life. I am so grateful to have found him. Another plus is his friendly, helpful office staff.

Doctor Krish is both personable and professional. He has invested a great deal of time and energy for me at ensuring my continued stability. I highly recommend him as a psychiatrist who truly cares about you beyond the prescription pad

He has a great bedside manner. He is courteous and professional. Extremely easy to talk to. His follow up is excellent.
