Extremely unprofessional doctor and rude staff. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Dr McGaugh is a great doctor. He is very friendly and explained everything I had questions about. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

My family and I have had Dr. Ronald McGaugh for our Primary Care Physician for several years. Dr. McGaugh Is very easy to talk with, thorough with his examination And always enjoy seeing his Hawaiian shirt’s ??

Dr. Ron Mcgaugh is awesome! I’m so glad my family and I have found such a great doctor! He is friendly, takes time to listen and helps with anything that is needed. Sometimes Doctors seem like they rush into the room and rush out because they are so busy. I’ve never once experienced that with him. You can tell he truly cares about each patient which means so much to me! I couldn’t be happier and will not go anywhere else!

Dr. Ronald Mcgaugh is one of the best doctors I have ever known. He listened and explained situations in a laid man terms so that his patient could understand. He suggested health plans that could help his patient to improve. One of the best.

After three visits, I am done! He never really examined me and the first words out of his mouth each time was "I can't help you, except to refer you to either a pain management Dr or Physical Therapy". Last visit was scheduled and he had his nurse call 30 minutes before appointment to tell me not to come in, as he couldn't help me. Poor excuse for a Dr. He seems to be mostly a Worker's Comp Dr. and no real interest in Family Practice

Scheduled an appt to see Dr. McGaugh after battling a cough and sinus issues for 3 weeks. Got in same day in just a few hours, short wait, fantastic front desk experience, fantastic nurse, and Dr. McGaugh is not only personable and caring but had a quick and easy solution for me to get better. I ended up getting a couple of shots and had to ask the nurse if she had given me the shot because I didn't even feel it. Great experience! Highly recommend them.

Dr McGaugh took a lot of time with me during first visit. Follow up visits last an average of 3-5 minutes. There is a heavy dependency on the patient portal which seems to take the place of in person care. He does not ask questions to further explore medical situation. He says to send any questions or follow up through the patient portal including if you are not feeling better. He and his staff come across as scripted. He does not come into the room with your chart trying to give impression that he is focused on you. The practice comes across like a pop up practice trying to see as many patients as possible in as little time as necessary.
