Dr. Ronald Jernard Moon

The office staff and hygienist were great. But, I regret ever sitting in that chair of Dr. Moon. A doctor that shouldn’t be practicing if you do your research. What started as a routine filling and crown turned into months of pain and a root canal after my tooth was excessively shaved down and the crown failed and also fell off. I was left dealing with complications that should never have happened from standard dental work. Proceed with extreme caution.

Avoid at all costs. Condescending and clearly hates patients.

I was based out of Houston. I needed implants and he walked us through the entire process. However, he began to commit financial fraud with our payments and would mysteriously switch office buildings with zero notice. I have had to have numerous painstaking surgeries to undo the damage he did to my body. Every professional that I have consulted has been shocked by the condition that he left me in and the appalling nature of his work. He originally was licensed out of Arizona. When he started hurting people there, they threatened his license unless he got more training. Instead of doing the right thing, he skipped state lines so that he could not be held accountable and could continue to practice. This allowed him to hurt me and many other people.

He shouldn't be able to practice anywhere. His license was suspended in Texas where I was one of his unsuspecting victims. He closed his practice after taking $42,000 from me and not completing the work. He had me in pain for over a year and unable to chew food before he did anything about it. He also left unfinished work on my children. Someone needs to take his license from him.

I finally got a letter today stating that Ronald Moon License was surrender and he can no longer practice Dental in the State of Texas, but he stated in the documents that he was going to another state and practice, I hope I can save someone from that heart ache. He just going to take their money and do some jacked up service. SAD.

Dr. Moon Scammed 17,000.00 from me then closed his established down and did not complete my dental work. He is currently working at Lovett Dental 6502 Garth Rd #100, Baytown, Texas 77521 ( 281-838-8400). I have filed a Claim with the BBB, Dental Examiners, he do not deserve to be a dentist. This is very sad that a person scam innocent people, who just wanted a service done. Always read reviews before you allow any person to give you services. This one slipped, but Lord know I wished I would have read his reviews and I would not be typing this review today, three years no permanent teeth, still wearing temporaries. But I found a real dentist, and now I waiting on Moon to give me the size of the inplants in order to get my teeth complete. This is very sad.

Worst dentist in history. Needs license revoked

I seem to have to keep going back for the same work i have paid over 3000 for. Root canal does not fall out after three weeks! None of his work seems to stay in place. I have spent over 3 to 4 hours in each visit and most of my time is waiting on him!!
