I am particularly equipped to work with clients undergoing depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges because I know what it feels like to be depressed, anxious, and upset with my significant other.My therapeutic approach can be summed up with two words: tactical empathy. My goal is not to fix you; rather, my goal is to perceive the world how you perceive it and to hear you in such a way that I can describe exactly how you feel.
