Dr. Ronald Alan Primas, MD

Last winter in NYC, I got a sore throat, after a few days it all got worse, epiglottitis was the outcome. A dangerous bacterial infection. Dr Primas was spot on! A clear diagnosis and he directed me with great speed to do the proper research needed. Without his knowledgeable choices and advice, it all could have ended far worse. He even came for a visit in the hospital. He is a kind warmhearted man with great knowledge of his profession. A true doctor! I am thoroughly thankful and recommend Dr Primas to all.

The concierge at the Park Hyatt recommended Dr. Primas who came to the hotel and stuck with us and our ordeal in Mt. Sinai NSICU for five weeks as our primary care physician. Dr. Primas is without a doubt, the most dedicated, compassionate, reasonable, committed and skillful physician I have ever encountered. While I think of concierge doctors as people who come and go - Dr. Primas was with us throughout and continues to check in - so if you're in need of quality, urgent and compassionate care - there is no one else I'd rather have on speed dial.

I can't thank Dr. Primas doctor for his head on diagnosis and professionalism. He explains thing in simple form yet, makes you feel he's covered it all with his direction and bedside manner. Once again, thank you Dr. Primas and your staff for affording us the peace of mind so we can enjoy the rest of our travels. Dr. Primas is the most reliable and caring doctor I have met. He is always available for our hotel guests and his patients. He is the only doctor I trust! Dr. Primas is dedicated to being always available for his patients. His staff is unbelievably accommodating and makes it possible to be in contact with him! I have learned so much from Dr. Primas. And if you need tests, a referral to a specialist or other attention outside his office, Dr. Primas has a network of connections to make sure you get what you need New York styleâ?¦in other words, very promptly and efficiently. Now if only Dr. Primas could replicate himself to provide such exceptional travel medical services in other major travel destinationsâ?¦.

Dr. Primas has given me consistently good advice over several years. He is patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable. I don't travel abroad without consulting him and have recommended him to many friends and colleagues.

Had pulled neck muscles, but was afraid it was a heart attack. The Doc was not only helpful, but set my mind at ease. He spent 20-30 minutes with me and went over my history with me and gave a thorough exam. I can't say enough about his bedside manner and his professionalism.

I can't say enough of this doctor's bedside manner, professionalism, skill and right on target disagnosis. I had gone to a nearby clinic in the area and had been treated for a sinus infection and was given an antibiotic. After two days I was feeling progressively worse and I called the clinic and was told that I would have to pay for a followup to see another doctor. I decided not to go back to the clinic as I know that I would have to start from scratch as they have different doctors on for different shifts and I didn't want the run around. I then was referred to Dr. Primas through another patient and later realized that I was misdiagnosised by this clinic (doc in the box) as I had brochitis and was giving a different antibiotic. Within a day or two I immediately felt better and was on the road to recovery. Also, Dr. Primas doesn't charge for followups if it's within a week of initial visit. Thank goodness there's hope out there amongst the weary.

Dr. Primas is an excellent kind and patient doctor. My husband and I have had a couple of pop up medical emergencies and he has always been there to assist even on the weekends. He also gives free flu shots to hotel employees throughout NYC. Me and my husband are very lucky to have him as our doctor.
