My doctor was not in, I saw Dr Reynolds on an urgent basis, he was wonderful

Professional and very Concerned with my condition. Explained the what Why , How. Made me feel his Ernest Concern Well Expressed by using words and examples on my level !!!

I have seen Dr. Reynolds every 3 months for the past almost 2 years. He only cares about one thing, what his computer is telling him. He does very little examination. I am a diabetic and went in recently for my 3 month visit and just happened to be sick at the same time. I told him and the nurse my symptoms, he just simply said if it's not better in a few days call me and I'll see what I can do about it. The next day I was much worse, called office and was told they could not do anything because he did not even mention my illness and there were no appointments available. I was forced to go to an urgent care with a $50 co pay to learn that I had sinusitis acute and bronchitis acute. She gave me antibiotics and told me to keep them posted if it worsens as I do have a history of bronchitis going into phneumonia. Dr. Reynolds would not help me because he was angry at me because I rejected a pill for my diabetes that I felt was dangerous as it was causing me to gain a lot of… weight and have swelling in my feet and ankles so badly I could not walk. He's a terrible unfeeling doctor and as long as the numbers look good in the computer for HIM, he doesn't care what he does to you. I will not be returning to this doctor.

My appoint was for 315 in the afternoon,I was not called in to see the Doctor until 730,He is continually changing my medications.Even though they are allright.

Dr. Reynolds is the worse doctor I have ever seen. He does not explain things where people can understand him - he likes to feel important by using medical terms. Heads up doc, not everyone has a medical degree! He does not listen to patients or their family members. He does care about their concerns. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. Christ Hospital needs to re-think his employment.

I just lost the Love of my life to Cancer watching suffer going thru the highest of Chemo and Radiation treatments. I am not saying it is the Dr fault. He had Cancer and would have had cancer no matter. But he had been seeing Dr Reynolds for years and it got to a point where I was almost begging him to find out what was wrong. He is a very Arrogant man to full of him self to listen to any one. I finally took my husband to the ER and heard that other patients complained too. The trip to the ER got us the referrals we needed and we discovered he had Stage4 lung cancer that had went to the brain. So the question he asking the Dr (why am I having trouble of balance and walking) was answered and also the touch of Pneumonia the Dr said he had was something far worst. had the Dr heard us his treatments would have started sooner and may have saved his life and would have been less invasive giving him a better quality of life. I think Dr Reynolds should not be a doctor. Because of him a… wonderful life is gone. My husband saw the best in people and really had faith in his Dr that faith cost him his life. if a doctor won't listen and seems not to be helping you, find another. even if they think so they are not God and you know your body best. life is too short don't let anyone shorten it.

He is rude and doesn't liked to be questioned. Its your health a doctor should work with you, not just give you orders.

Yes, wait times are longer than normal. That is because he never rushes an appointment. He explains everything very thoroughly and makes sure you understand. He is very caring. I work a strange schedule and he waits until 10:00pm to call me with lab results. He thoroughly explains the lab results too.

He doesn't like to send you to anyone outside his circle. My mother asked for an MRI for her shoulder and his response was "it's too expensive" and sent her to physical therapy right down the hall where they told her she needs an MRI on the in case it will mess her a up even more. I went to him shortly after having a bad reaction to nuva ring and before he went on to to diagnose me he began by stating the precautions nova ring company takes in order to not be sewed. Then he was trying to press other forms of birth controllers, and I said no. He couldn't understand no and continued on for 10 minutes about spermicide which I had to repeat no to over and over. And then he got to the diagnosis which consisted of him going off of my mother mental health and told me it was a mental instability. And he keeps pressing for me to take mood stabilizers. I highly advise against Dr Ronald Reynolds. He is a snake in my eyes looking for a paycheck.
