Dr. Ronald Murray Sterling, MD

If Dr. Sterling is still in practice, I recommend him wholeheartedly. He helped me through a time when I experienced acute institutional bullying, and in the long run he helped me develop the resilience I would need to make it through my husband’s death. Though, sadly, Peter is gone now, Dr. Sterling helped us to make our last years together loving, joyous, and above all, conscious.

While Dr. Sterling knows adult ADD, he is a terrible doctor. He will take 1 + weeks to reply to any voice message or email (once it took 3 weeks) and he doesn't use out-of-office email reply, nor ever update is voicemail greeting so you will never know when he might be available. The patient is left in total limbo. Not cool when we are talking mind/body altering drugs here. He has no back up so if the patient is having troubles on the meds he prescribes, too bad, he doesn't care enough to actually reply to a message.

Would not see again if he were the last doctor.

Anyone struggling with anxiety, depression, irritability, and/or inconsistent work performance OWES it to himself or herself to consult with Ron Sterling. Stop beating yourself up for not shaping up -- go see a doctor who'll figure out what's wrong with who and help you grow and tend a new life. Dr. Sterling has helped me and my husband so much.

Struggled clear into my 40s with anxiety and depression not realizing I was dealing with attnetion deficit disorder big time. Got treated for all the wrong things with antidepressants and mood stabilizers and anxiety meds -- awful! Finally, got the right treatment. I recommend, plus he has weekend hours. It's kind of funny. He keeps saying that is what the whole medical field should be doing, working weekends so that people don't have to miss work to get healthcare. Yah, right. When pigs fly!

After many years of being treated for what seemed like everything under the sun, including depression, panic attacks, chronic anxiety, moodiness and insomnia, I finally got the correct diagnosis from Dr. Ron. Adult ADHD. I am on a whole new path in my life! Even alcohol has no pull for me anymore. Highly recommended.
