Great bedside manner. You can tell he really cares about his patients. His staff is outstanding and very kind as well. The Doctor and staff explained everything and made you feel at ease.

I have accompanied my mother to this office once before. First and foremost as other reviews have stated the doctor was kind and thorough but I have experienced several issues with the “office management”. The most up to date issue is due to an appointment cancellation on my behalf. The office management stated they have implemented a new rule in regards to the cancellation of appointments. If you cancel an appointment for any reason you cannot receive another appointment until two to three months out. In other words this is a form of “punishment” to the patient so they deter from cancelling appointments in the future. This rule is unacceptable, especially because this is dependent on someone’s health needs. I then called back and said if I couldn’t receive an appointment for early next month then I’d find another doctor. I was then told “they were doing us a favor anyway because we didn’t have any medical insurance”. Although this statement was false it was appalling that you would… discriminate against someone who possibly does not have access to health insurance. I am not quite sure how this is a favor because it is an out of pocket expense on the patients end. I’d like to sum all of this up by saying this is unacceptable behavior from a doctor’s office. Withholding treatment is inexcusable and unethical.

I was referred to Dr.Sultan, by my Oncologist, that found my breast report with a breast mass. The office took my referral right away. I was met with with a very kind office atmosphere and extremely efficient office manager, that put me at ease immediately. She was kind and reassuring that I will be taken care of. In fact the other patients reassured me of how good of a doctor he is. I am a professional myself in medicine and this was a first time that a breast mass was found in a mammography before. All I can say is that the surgeon was as good as his staff. He is kind reassuring and exceptionally bright. He removed the breast mass under ultrasound and showed me the mass before he removed it. I was extremely frightened before but after he took his time and showed me first what it looked like and how important it is that we send it to pathology, I was perfectly calm and trusted him. It is rare to find a staff and surgeon that are both intelegent and caring.

What awful service! RUDE!! horrible staff. I had to reschedule my evening appointment a second time because I am a stay-at-home mom. I was DENIED another appointment. The receptionist had the BALLS to ask my husband to stay home from work so that I could make another appointment time. GO FLY A KITE!!! What business is that of hers? I could not believe the TONE in her voice. I gave 30 hours notice. The doctor got on the phone and backed her up. "We have very few appointments at this time available, I'm not going to reschedule you for this reason." I would never want to see this doctor OR the staff who sounds completely miserable, callous, and unconcerned. I would give zero stars ...

Dr Sultan diagnosed a rare anomaly in my neck. At the time he felt I needed a specialist to remove and or treat. Dr. Sultan took 3biopsies, CT scan and was outstanding in attention to details and care in determining what the anomaly is. Highly recommend him and his hard working staff.

Dr Sultan and his staff are the best! Thank you for everything.

I was really sick, Dr. Sultan ran many tests. He thought maybe my appendix burst. In the O.R. He said bikini weather is coming, I'm gonna make a little cut. I replied I don't care if you make zig zags. I had 18 staples, tube in my nose and stomach. As soon as I woke up I knew he saved my life. Thank you, Dr. Sultan, I never forgot all you have done for me.

Really cares about his patients, along with Andrea who manages the office. Great team.
