Dr. Whisler is the most patient and understanding of all doctors I have ever gone to. He really does care; I pray to God that I never lose going to him again. In one visit, he removed 32 years of pain. He is the very best anyone can go to. Only complaint is that OSU staffing guards his time. Took me several years to get scheduled; but he is the greatest! I saw where someone said he was rude and nasty. They must be talking about someone else. He is so nice. Listens, talks to you and takes his time with you. You never feel that he is rushing you. If I don’t like a doctor I simply won’t go back to them. I have no reason to go to another doctor. He is great!

The people who wrote glowing reviews on this Dr. must be his friends. This man is a horrifying Dr. Nasty, rude, refused to give me a diagnosis until he was forced to do so by a patient advocate. Told me to my face to never come back. I assumed it was because I am on medicaid.Would not take a dog to this man but then again he might joke around and be courteous to a dog.

I have seen Dr Whisler for my severe psoriasis for several years. He explains things extremely well when you need him to and doesn't waste time when you don't. He is extremely caring and funny on top of being an exceptional physician.

After some really bad experiences, Dr Whisler was very refreshing and gave me hope. He is personable and nice sense of humor. I agree he is a good educator. He also helped get me to another doctor for an additional condition and I've been very well treated. Highly recommended.

Dr Whisler put me at ease immediately. I came in hurting and uniformed of my disease although i had been seeing another doctor in Parkersburg for a few months prior. He gave me good advice, excellent care, showed concern, has a sense of humor but also serious about his job and MY care. He is also an educator as well as a healer. He educates you on your disease and its causes and treatments. He is excellent. Thank you Dr. Whisler for giving me hope.

Dr. Whisler is a very personable physician & was the doctor that diagnoised my Lupus back in 1983. I have been with him since then. I have also taken my daughter, Mom & Mother-In-Law to him. I also give his name out frequently as an excellent doctor that I trust with my health.
