I agree, I have tried calling the office 8x's with no answer. Then when they do answer have to wait "on Hold for 10 minutes!!!! HORRIBLE service.

They always make us wait more than an hour

Very poorly run office. I am a medical professional so I am appalled by any office that consistently keeps me waiting 1 1/2 to 2hours...this is called poor office management. It took 7 phone calls to finally get my prescription "escripted" to the pharmacy as I was promised it had been when I left the office. Topping it of is an office manager who has so many patients(paying customers) that she doesn't care about individuals-her response..."if you're not happy you can find another provider. YOU BET YOUR SWEET LITTLE _ _ _ I CAN. I wonder if Dr. Factoriza is aware of how is patients are being treated? Too bad since I believe he is a really good doctor but nobody is worth 2 hours sitting in a waiting room just to be seen nevermind if they then want to run tests, etc.

Great doctor

Dr. Factoriza himself is very easy to talk to, and very responsive. His staff however are something else entirely. The people in the front are totally incompetent to say the least. If you need anything done by them, you will be calling numerous times to remind them/follow up on the task. Eventually they will do it, but the hassle will all be on you. Good of a doctor as he is, this clinic is extremely busy and you will be waiting for quite a long time. There are many stages that you must go through, and often numerous visits, before you will actually get face to face with the man himself. If you like convenience, I suggest you go elsewhere. Actually, you'd probably need to go to a whole different town for that. Summary -- medical staff is all right; Doctor is good; administrative staff is well below average.
