Dr. Mancini helped me with several personal issues. I was very satisfied with her professionalism and knowledge. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Shes rude and careless. Sent my info to another patient. Overcharged me 3 times but didnt tell me until confronted. Shes dirty and her room stinks.

Horrible experience! They are not very understanding at all! My son is autistic and Rhonda Mancini wanted to do a phone session because she was at the hospital with a loved one. I told the staff that we could try, well I called several hours before the call to let them know he was ill and wouldn't talk on the phone. They then sent me a cancellation fee of $ 35.00 because my autistic son would not talk on the phone because he felt bad! I guess it's okay for her to cancel on us but we have to pay because my son wouldn't talk on a phone! It might be okay for other people but don't trust the office with an autistic child!
