Dr. Rong Ji Guan, MD

He is my dad’s PCP, and this has been an extremely poor experience. The appointment lasted less than five minutes. He did not ask any questions about my dad’s health issues or how he was feeling, and instead told him to schedule bloodwork on a separate day. There was no follow-up on lab results and no clear explanation of the specialty appointments he scheduled. Communication has been unacceptable—he was consistently rude when speaking with my dad and me, and even hung up on us when we were trying to understand my dad’s cholesterol levels. When we called back, he refused to speak with us, leaving us stuck dealing only with the receptionist. We are actively looking for a new PCP. I would strongly not recommend him based on our experience.

"Dr Guan" is not actually doctor. In all of office visits, he never actually examines me, ask me questions about my symptoms, or give me any feedback. All he does is write down your "complaints" and hit visit done. I literally was not done telling him about my symptoms when he clicked office visit done on his computer.The only thing I get from him is "o that needs surgery. Do you want surgery?"No, I don't want surgery! I don't even know what's going with me. Please examine me first or have me do some test. Be far, it is the worse doctor I ever been to.

Was very narrow minded in terms of listening to his patient. Did not like to consider the fact he was wrong at all. He didn't show the slightest bit of care and no follow up appointments were made. Seemed to dislike his job.
