Dr. Ronnie Abraham Sheena, MD

This office is horrible. Many weeks to get routine lab results that should have been back in few days. They do not return phone calls and rude when you call to ask for information. So disappointing.

Dr. Sheena has been my doctor for many years, saved my life about five years ago, has kept me healthy since then. He is an active listener who is always able to answer my questions.

This office care more about the money than nothing else. The doctor won’t help, get you better at all. Maybe if you have a common cold, but certainly nothing else. For the past 3 years the office have been overcharging me at some of the visits. When I inquire about it I was given excuses, excuses and more excuses. Never really justified. Even when I made sure NOT to even ask any questions to make sure that everything they did was covered under the physical, they still charged me for something extra to make sure that got paid for 2 visits instead of the 1 visit I had done. They did it 3 years in a row! When I really got tired and asked more questions the doctor started treating me really poorly. Last time I visited he said NO to everything. We talked about a prescription refill and he conveniently forgot to send it. When I contacted the office 1 month later to get the refill, he said that he would not do it unless I got another physical. I had done a physical only 6 months ago. Also, a… doctor that tells his patients that he cares more about his reputation than helping a patient, that is enough.

I've been looking for a great doctor that can be my primary care physician, I think I just found him! Dr. Sheena just blew me away by his kindness! I visited him for annual physical, he spent so much time speaking with me, listened and explained everything possible. He was very caring for my personal matter, incredibly nice, super knowledgeable, made me feel so much comfortable speaking to him. All the staff in the office were very professional, polite and super nice too! I strongly recommend this doctor.
