bad customer service here in SJ medical center . We had an encounter with Roomana Akhtar who was very impatient and very rude to us . We are so disappointed with her service and careless if patient suffers as long as she and her staff are paid .as other members stated nightmare parking , hospital stinks .

Horrible experience with this Doctor. She is very agitated, impatient , had me wait for over 15 minutes. Came in and did not know anything about my chart, started to rush and then did not prescribe any meds. I had to schedule another appt with a different doctor who then examined me and prescribed medications.
